The view from me ...
Well, the first thing I want to do is take a walk around this neighborhood. How do people find blogs? Who lives around me, doing what? What do I want this view to be, how often should I blink, how often stop at a mirror and look back at the me looking out.
In literature, the unreliable narrator is a recognized form: but how reliable can any narrator be?
Well, some of us click through the "Next Blog" links for idle entertainment. It's getting so there are a lot of spam blogs there, though.
ReplyDeleteI also click on hyperlinked things in my own profile (movies, etc) to see who else likes what I like. I've made a few blogging friends that way.
And finally, there is just plain old Google search.
In THIS case, though, something really weird happened: Your post appeared in my list of subscribed blogs ..even though I'm not a subscriber. I'm thinking..."hmm... view from me... I don't remember seeing that before but I can be absentminded sometimes."
How did that happen? :) Blogger/Google must have had some kind of weird hiccup, I guess.
Anyway, welcome to blogger. :)
Thanks (7 months later) .. I posted, then lost the link back to myself, view or no. How odd. I'm not exactly sure how i found this again, but if i can google it, i can return
